Shipping + Returns Policies


SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are sent from Australia and can be shipped world wide. 

Orders ship with Australia Post or via courier, depending on the item. Tracking information will be provided.

All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your post office if you need to know of any costs before ordering.

Original paintings can be un stretched and sent rolled for an additional fee. To arrange or enquire please email: belinda@belindamarshall.com or contact us via the 'Message us' button.

Large format prints are sent rolled in a sturdy mailing tube.

 

SHIPPING TIMES
I work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Please be patient, as this one woman team striving to get your beautiful artwork to you asap!

The time frame for packing made-to-order items such as prints and commissions will vary depending on production times. You will be informed of the status of your order. As a guide, prints take up to 2 weeks for production prior to delivery times.

All items will be sent via a standard service. Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Some items already have an option for express shipping at the checkout with pricing provided. If you would like to check any pricing please email belinda@belindamarshall.com

 

SHIPPING COSTS 
Prints:
Print orders within Australia ship at a standard rate with tracking for free.
The cost for shipping print orders outside of Australia is a flat rate of $AU15. This includes a standard service with tracking.

Original artworks:
Original works orders within Australia ship at a standard rate with insurance and tracking for free.

Shipping for original artwork orders outside Australia will be invoiced separately and calculated based on location and service preference. Please contact via email belinda@belindamarshall.com or the 'Message us' button to get a costing for your location.


SHIPPING INSURANCE
Original artwork will always be sent with insurance included.

 

RETURNS + REFUNDS:
All sales are final unless an item is faulty or there has been a mistake with an order. 

Faulty or incorrect orders can be refunded or replaced if contact is made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact us via email belinda@belindamarshall.com or the 'Message us' button to arrange.

If there are any other issues with your order please contact us via email belinda@belindamarshall.com or the 'Message us' button to arrange a solution.

DAMAGED ITEMS
I do my best to package orders with sturdy and safe materials to keep items safe and protected during the delivery process.

Please contact us via email belinda@belindamarshall.com or the 'Message us' button if your order arrives damaged, within 7 days of receiving your item.
