If you’re a beginner you are probably familiar with a lot of the pain points that can get in the way of starting out and making progress and having fun with it.
Even as a professional artist, any studio session can involve tricky emotional responses to various aspects of making paintings.
These responses are a crucial part of what drives and guides the work, but also – they can get in the way.
Knowing that this is a normal part of being an artist, and having tools to support the process makes the creative life a super rewarding and rich life. that I keep choosing over any other life.

How does Tapping work?
Tapping is a kind of guided meditation technique that involves tapping on points on your face and body while listening to a script related to the emotional issue or experience you are struggling with. The idea is to acknowledge the feelings and impacts so they can be processed and released. It works particularly well by combining the mind and body and unlike traditional meditation techniques designed to empty the mind, tapping works to acknowledge the issue in order to find relief, rather than pushing it away, and then releasing it.
How long are the meditations?
2-15 minutes
How long does it take for tapping to make a difference?
Often relief can be felt straight away. Other times it takes a few goes or accessing different related topics.
