CURRENCY
All prices are in $AU.

REFUNDS + RETURNS
All care is taken to package orders carefully to avoid damage. 
All sales are final unless there is a mistake with the order or the item is damaged.

We don’t do refunds, returns or exchange for change of mind. Feel free to contact us for help on choosing artwork or groupings of works prior to purchase.

Please make contact within 7 days of receipt of your order if you experience any problems with your order.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS
Refunds or exchanges on bookings for in person workshops are not available but if you can't make the date you are welcome to send a friend in your place.

Workshops may need a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If there are too few participants dates may be re-scheduled to a future date that suits.

Refunds and exchanges are not offered for online courses. Feel free to make contact if you have any questions about the courses before purchasing to make sure the content is what you are after.

SHIPPING
Orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia.

Worldwide shipping is available.

Original paintings and art prints require shipping insurance to cover customers and the studio for any loss or damages that may occur during shipping.

Any damages need to be reported with photos of damages via email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping will be invoiced separately. Smaller works have comlimentary shipping for orders within Melbourne, Australia. This information will be in the drop down information section in each listing.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and preferred service.
I will contact you after your order is received to arrange shipping based on your preferences.
Shipping costs are as charged by the shipping provider. To keep costs fair and reasonable, I don’t mark up shipping prices and use the most reliable and reputable services available.

DUTIES
Any country import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check the specifics on your country prior to ordering keeping the value of the item as is. The value is required by law to remain as paid for customs and can’t be changed. 

SHIPPING TIMES
I work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Please be patient, as this one woman team striving to get your beautiful artwork to you asap!

The time frame for packing made-to-order items such as prints and commissions will vary depending on production times. You will be informed of the status of your order. As a guide, prints take up to 2 weeks for production prior to delivery times.

STUDIO PICKUP
You are welcome to contact me to arrange a visit to pick up an order from the Melbourne Studio. The studio is in Pascoe Vale South and is open by appointment only.

EXHIBITION PICKUP
If you are purchasing a work via this website that is currently being exhibited you can arrange to pick up the work from the gallery at end of the exhibition period or from the studio within a week or so after the exhibition ends. I will be in touch with contact details for the gallery once the purchase has been made and you can arrange a studio pick up then too.

IMAGE SHARING
You are more than welcome to share images of my work  with image credit and a link back to the source. Please insure the link is included to comply with copyright law.

COLOUR
Colour may vary slightly from monitor to monitor and there may be minor differences in colour between on-screen images and actual product. I use professional photographers with expertise in colour reproduction to ensure the photographs represent the artwork as accurately as possible.

Many customers have reported back saying the painting or print they purchased is even more beautiful in real life.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is extremely important to us and your information collected through this website {entered by you} is never shared or passed on to anyone. All transactions are processed via a secure payment gateway. We do use cookies to enhance the user experience of this website.
